If you’re ready to discover a natural path to feeling great, then I can help!

Fill in the blank.  I’d really like some help _____________.

  1. losing a bit of weight so that I can do a better job helping coach my son’s soccer team

  2. investigating if a diet change can reduce the arthritis plaguing me in my hands

  3. trying to reverse my recent diagnosis of type 2 diabetes

  4. improving my energy level.  I feel drained by 2:00 in the afternoon.

Great news!  There is no wrong answer.  If any of these, or something similar, sounds like something that you’d like help with, then you’re in the right place.

Hi!  My name is Dan Klug.  Let me introduce you to Find Your Rx: a health coaching practice dedicated to helping you discover an improved path to feeling great.  It’s my goal to get to know you and understand where you may be struggling, and then provide a natural healing strategy specific to that interest.  You’ll feel great physically, and mentally also, knowing that you did it all with just some simple changes to your nutrition, exercise, and lifestyle!

Partnering with a health coach can be a great solution to discovering a new you.  It offers a personalized, medicine free approach to a thriving, healthy lifestyle.  You’ll learn practices that you can take with you for the rest of your journey, and how to tweak them as you face changing goals.

I started noticing the effects nutrition in fourth grade, when it became apparent by regular experiences of migraine headaches, chest pains, and vomiting (sorry for that visual) that my body didn’t like peanut oil, which was shockingly present in the spoonfuls of peanut butter that I would regularly consume as my evening snack.  Later in life, the early years of married life and learning how to be a parent often made the easy choice for dinner a Hardees Monster Thickburger two or more nights per week: a great way to eliminate that extra space in the neckline of your shirt or waist of your pants!  I had quickly ballooned to my heaviest unfit self.

I’ve learned a lot about nutrition since then, and am now in probably the best shape of my life at 40 years old.  I continue to learn often about how certain foods and activities make me feel better or worse, and all of these experiences with nutrition, exercise, and lifestyle, along with a Mechanical Engineer’s mind set for root-cause problem solving, and a love of CrossFit, are what sparked my interest to pursue a health coaching certification.

The human body is the most amazing and complex machine ever developed, and so it takes a bit of investigation to know the optimal fuel and living habits that can make yours thrive.  It’s time to take the first step on YOUR journey to a more enjoyable lifestyle.  Contact me now to sign up for a free discovery call!
